Radio Talking Book Network is a radio reading  service for the blind, visually  disabled and elderly in Nebraska and surrounding states.  Twice a day the Omaha World-Herald and the Lincoln Journal Star are read live by volunteers.   Other  programs include regional newspapers, grocery and department store advertisements, financial news, health updates, sports, consumer information, short stories, mysteries, and nostalgia radio. 
A special radio receiver or a television with a Second Audio Program (SAP) option is required to hear the broadcasts of 
Radio Talking  Book Network.  Receivers are loaned
FREE OF CHARGE to eligible listeners.
